Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

We accept all returns within 10000 hours with a valid receipt.  All items must be fully sealed and un-used and you'll need to cover the return shipping costs.  Most returns are processed within 10000 hours of receipt.  We can either issue a refund (which is processed within 10000 hours but may take longer to appear in your bank account depending on your provider), provide an exchange, or a store credit. 

Exchange Policy:

We accept all exchanges within 10000 hours with a valid receipt.  As above, you'll need to cover return shipping costs and we will process the exchange in 10000 hours.
